Hopkins Whole Home Remodel

We have another exciting project feature to share today! Our team recently completed this whole home renovation in Hopkins, Minnesota. The homeowners purchased the property and wanted to remodel it to make it their own — and our team was more than happy to help! We partnered with Martha O’Hara Interiors to bring the homeowners’ vision to life.

There’s so much to love about this newly remodeled home; with plenty of elegant design details found throughout, it’s the perfect blend of modern and timeless.

Some of our favorite features include:

– Two-tone kitchen cabinetry
– An oversized kitchen island that doubles for food prep and hosting guests
– An eye-catching black brick fireplace flanked by custom built-ins
– Expansive windows that allow for an abundance of natural light
– Incredible millwork craftsmanship throughout
– A spacious primary bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and soaking tub
– Patterned tile floors in the guest bathroom and laundry room

Hopkins Whole Home Remodel

Sophisticated Exterior Transformation

The owners of this 1974 home loved their property but knew it needed some investment and design TLC. Our team collaborated with these dear clients to create a comprehensive renovation plan, including the interior and exterior.

After getting started, we discovered the exterior needed a lot of repairs: the siding and roof were rotten, the decks were unsafe, and the windows needed to be replaced. Updating the exterior first allowed us to change the home’s look and give it a more functional, aesthetically appealing entrance.

These fantastic clients have an eclectic style featuring their love for simplicity and Asian-inspired travel influences. The new exterior features clean, asymmetrical lines that showcase the home’s unique architecture. When it came to landscaping, we wanted the design to contrast with the home’s dramatic facade but also blend into the wooded surroundings. A new stone walkway is manageable to maintain and a welcoming front entry.

Our team and the wonderful homeowners couldn’t be more thrilled with the final result of this stunning project! The house stands out beautifully in the neighborhood and will make a memorable impression for years to come!

The holidays are over, and it’s back to the daily routine for most of us. To start the year, we’re sharing a look inside this sophisticated Chaska main level remodel! Modern and bold, unique design details can be found in every corner of this stunning home. These clients had incredible taste, and it was a pleasure to turn their ideas into a reality!

Our 2022 Year in Review

It’s hard to believe, but 2022 is almost over! As we look back, our team has so much to be grateful for – we had a busy year filled with meaningful projects, incredible collaborators, and amazing homeowners.

We have an exciting new project feature to share! Located in Wayzata, Minnesota, this new construction home is the perfect combination of elegance and relaxation.

There’s a lot to love about this beautiful home, from the picturesque exterior to its bright and welcoming spaces. Some of our favorite features? The timeless kitchen that boasts both beauty and function with white custom cabinets, a spacious center island with a white oak finish, and state-of-the-art appliances. And let’s not forget the mudroom conveniently located just off the backyard patio, which features a herringbone brick floor, a built-in bench, and plenty of hooks to keep the entire family organized! Expansive windows, arched doorways, white oak floors, and premium finishes only add to the home’s charm and sophistication!

Project Feature: Bloomington Kitchen Remodel

We’re excited to finally share the details of a stunning kitchen transformation we recently completed in Bloomington, Minnesota!

Prior to the remodel, the kitchen of this townhouse was outdated, small, and closed off from the rest of the main level. The homeowner’s biggest goal was to create an open kitchen with a view of the deck from the sink instead of a wall. To accomplish that goal, we reimagined the kitchen layout, removing the wall separating the kitchen from the entry and living room and adding a peninsula for the sink.

The new kitchen layout suits the home perfectly! One of our favorite features is the wood beams, which add a lot of character and detail to the space. The white quartz countertop and painted cabinetry contrast perfectly with the stained range hood and open shelving, which carries over to the built-ins surrounding the fireplace. The repositioned sink offers a clear view of the patio while allowing plenty of natural light into the kitchen.

Creating Luke’s Ninja Warrior Course with Make-A-Wish and NARI Cares

We recently had the pleasure of partnering with Make-A-Wish Minnesota, and NARI Cares to build a backyard Ninja Warrior Course for a wonderful young man named Luke.

It was a sincere honor to meet Luke and his family and make his Ninja dreams come true. What a joy it was for us to watch Luke come home to the surprise and delight of his own backyard Ninja Warrior Course – it has everything from a climbing wall to a zipline!

Thank you to our friends at Make-A-Wish and NARI Cares for thinking of us and connecting our team with this incredible opportunity. We will always hold the memories from this experience close to our hearts; Luke and his family are such special people.
